No order is deemed accepted or binding until a Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed and confirmed by both parties.
Samples: Any product samples requested through the website are subject to availability and shipping charges, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing in the initial inquiry stage.

## 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with any commercial interactions facilitated through this website, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Franceand the Sultanate of Oman, depending on the operating corporate entity handling the trade operations.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, which cannot be settled amicably between the parties, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Franceor the Sultanate of Oman (as specified in the respective Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract).
